ooooh....touched a nerve, I see!

Please accept my appologies. I didn't realise this was a game.

Gichin - are you one of those people who are polite to everyone you speak to, but talk about them behind their backs? Genuine question.

I often wonder about certain friends of mine who slag off other friends behind their backs - wondering what they say about me. Would much rather them come out with what they really think.

Are you one of those?

scurryfunge · 31/05/2010 01:01

It is quite funny....watch the gradual winding up of Gichin.........Gichin, no need to apologise I find it funny too....I love irrelevant stuff like your comments! It makes a nice diversion from the serious stuff to deabate here.

scurryfunge · 31/05/2010 01:01

scottishmummy · 31/05/2010 01:02

Gichin · 31/05/2010 01:03

RedOnHerHead

Very good question. Arn't we all guilty of that? If I said I had never done that, would you believe me?

OP posts:
fyimate · 31/05/2010 01:04

RedOnHerHead, I get that, I have two mates (twins) and they ring me up to tell me who is now pregnant and I wonder if they did the same to me when I told them I had had a baby (even though I said not to tell).
Funny thing is when I say this to them they go suspiciously quiet and look uncomfortable!

Gichin · 31/05/2010 01:04

watch the gradual winding up of Gichin.........

Yeah, really wound up me. Is that what your hoping for, strange.

Red, you think Gichin has friends? lol

Just moved to the opposite side of the country, so no I do not have any friends yet, hense MN. Glad you gain something from that.

Gichin: Express themselves = attention seeking. Yes / no?

two very, very different things. [sane answer]
you must live a very beige and boring lifestyle [initial reaction]

so, Gichin, you never express yourself? may i ask, how do you dress?

scottishmummy · 31/05/2010 01:09

is that manoeuvre for sympathy vote or just fannying aboot

scurryfunge · 31/05/2010 01:09

Don't gain anything at all, it does confirm a few things though.

Seriously though, why the confrontation?...Do you want to debate the subject sensibly?

Gichin · 31/05/2010 01:10

BritFish

What a very odd post. Please tell me, why on earth should I feel the need to "express myself".

OP posts:
MrsRhettButler · 31/05/2010 01:10

you do realise you don't have to copy and paste? you can just answer the question or reply, we are not that stupid to not be able to keep track

scurryfunge · 31/05/2010 01:11

But that's Gichin's fun MrsRhett

Gichin · 31/05/2010 01:13

scurryfunge

Of course I want to debate the subject seriously. Unfortunately there will always be attention seekers such as yourself (Looked back on your previous posts) to spoil a potentially good thread.

OP posts:
MrsRhettButler · 31/05/2010 01:13

ahh yes, sorry grinch... don't wanna ruin your thread, pay me no mind dear

MrsRhettButler · 31/05/2010 01:14

pot. kettle. black!!

Gichin · 31/05/2010 01:14

we are not that stupid

Really. Are you sure.

Actually Gichin, I don't slag people off behind their backs. I am very selective about the friends I keep, and I do consider myself to be a very good friend. I don't have many as I find it difficult to forgive those who have crossed me. I've been crossed by one recently who I did a lot for and I can't get that out of my head. I was slagged off a lot to another friend and it made me look bad, even though the friend in question admitted later it was lies. I don't do that to people, I don't expect them to do it to me.

I find it difficult to trust people, so when they do cross me I can't just forget it and move on. I wish I could.

My best friend is a man, and men are far less bitchy than women (and far less judgey)
