My friend is organising a last minute holiday away, rang me to ask if i could go.
Told her i would love to, but can't due to childcare and money reasons.
Then get a text off her saying shes just booked, is really excited, cant wait and will i go shopping for holiday stuff with her!

I wouldn't have thought anything if one of my good friends had asked me to go shopping re holiday you cant go on. I would expect them to buy me a holiday esq cocktail to say thanks though. I would take it as a compliment, I only ask my really stylish friends to go shopping ( I have no style)
