Sounds like Noel has sucked you into his cult, be afraid....be very afraid.

shinyshoes · 27/05/2010 16:50

Rollmops · 27/05/2010 17:00

I'm with shinyshoes.... whatever that 'Deal or no deal' is.
Do you have a gambling habit?

vintage · 27/05/2010 17:10

biddysmama · 27/05/2010 17:12

secunda · 27/05/2010 17:15

YABU it's shit. I don't even understand it. Is it random or what? Fake?

Cobbstar · 27/05/2010 17:18

YABU - methinks maybe you need to get out more?

NobleFrangipani · 27/05/2010 17:19

dd was born to deal or no deal. We're saving for therapy.

usualsuspect · 27/05/2010 17:24

KurriKurri · 27/05/2010 17:43

No he isn't

LittleMissHissyFit · 27/05/2010 18:19

Step Away from DOND... Tis more addictive than MN Crack.... Step away, while you can!!

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 27/05/2010 18:22

It is complete drivel..... and yet strangely addictive. But I have noticed that almost everyone on it is fat.... and with the required sob story.

How you can have a job and manage to be on it for what seems like weeks on end is beyond me....

Daffydilly · 27/05/2010 19:14

Yes - YABU...

OliviaMumsnet · 27/05/2010 19:17

I miss it
I used to watch it when I worked from home pre-DS (don't tell Justine
Strict rule that TV didn't go on until 4.15
I could sky plus it but it's not the same.
DS won't let me have the telly on now without saying "we watch Mr Tumble mummy!"

thesunshinesbrightly · 27/05/2010 19:48

KurriKurri

Yes he is.

You just can't see it.

ssd · 28/05/2010 20:02

no, he hides it well

OP posts:
HecateQueenOfWitches · 28/05/2010 20:05

Upset?

Really?

I watched it once or twice. It drove me up the bloody WALL!

All that "you're playing a good game." and talking like there's skill involved.

It is eenie, meenie, miney moe. There's no skill. There's no strategy. There's no psychological warfare

It is pick a number. Any number.

I was unable to watch it because my tv was at risk of getting my boot through it!

sharbieinbackofthequattro · 28/05/2010 20:09

errrrrrrr.....I quite like it.

KurriKurri · 28/05/2010 20:15

Noel is not lush. He isn't on the same planet as lush. At his very best he is creepy.

HecateQueenOfWitches · 28/05/2010 20:18

Noel Edmonds? 'Lush'?

Noel Edmonds is apparently a very nasty little man. Further than that he looks really creepy. Someone you wouldn't want to get stuck in a lift with, iykwim!

YABU.
Every game is the same.

DH has to watch it with DS. They call it the "clappy clappy show". DS likes it when people applaud and shouts "Blue!" when the're opening the boxes.

I was trying to reason with him in a shop the other day and he shouted "NO DEAL" and flounced off.
Seriously. The boy is two.
