I booked a collection with a courrier companyt on the 25th, I absolutly needed it to be collected the next day and delivered today so I 'upgraded' to 24 hour courrier and specified collection 26th may, which is confirmed on my emails.
They did not turn up to collect the item and the lady who has the item called HDNL and they said that its being collected 27th and that parcel monkey sent it as '48' hour delivery so because of the bank holiday I won't get it till Tuesday!
So I paid for a 24 hour serice but its turned into a 6 day delivery because of bank holiday/weeknd.
They have NO contact phone number and according to other sites they don't respond t emails and don't like giving refunds, you have to pester for months!!
So basically they charge you for a ceollection date and 24 hour service, but BOOK it with another company a day late and buy a 48 hour one!
