To prefer my husband not to travel 120 miles 2 days before my due date

My husband has scheduled a meeting for this Thursday, 120 miles from home. I'm expecting our third baby on Saturday. Although the last two were late, there's nothing to say this one will be, and the last one came rather quickly!

Also, I'm pretty crippled with SPD and either he'll be on public transport, or I'll be carless, in which case I'm basically housebound and unable to get the kids from school.

Am I being unreasonable to ask him to reschedule?

I would ask him to reschedule if it's possible. Does he have the choice with the meetings or are they based on someone else's agenda. Telephone conference is the way to do it!

phew. He's seen sense and rescheduled for 3 weeks time. If that means leaving me at home with 2 big boys and a week old baby, I'll just have to bite my tongue!
