Apropos to the summertime thread.

I have seen three vehicles swerve now as male oglers lose concentrtation at the sight of a pretty girl. (Plus two swerving away from me )

should they be issued with blinkers ? paid for by the road safety authorities

Erm, I have been known to get distracted by the sight of a well toned, bronzed male whilst driving. Perhaps all drivers should be blinkered. Insurance premiums would go through the roof, though.

I actually got wolf-whistled by a driver whilst out walking yesterday - I know I should be insulted and outraged but have to admit I loved it .

i was (waddling)(full term pregnancy) down the street with my beautiful, slim, teenage dd last week and there was a honk and a whistle..do you think it might have possibly been for me

I had the lovely experience of 2 builders beeping the horn and shouting "fucking massive knockers"....when I was crossing a roundabout holding my 5 yo DS' hand on Sat.

Classy and were they telling me for MY benefit???

So that's where the back pain comes from!

I nearly crashed a couple of times in the last few days and there's that hunky dories ad outside my college so perhaps you're on to something.

I have had to train myself, living on an army base, so try and ignore the sweaty battalion of Fijian soldiers training in skimpy white shorts outside my window every morning.

..it's a tough old life....
