When they opened a big Sainsbury near us, I went to get some mozzarella to make pizza. I couldn't find it on the shelves but they had a huge in-house fresh pizza bar where I could see them using it so I went up to the counter and asked if I could buy some and they said they hadn't got any. It was right in front of me.
