AIBU to want some time to myself

From june I will be looking after my 8 month old nephew 3 - 5 days a week leaving me with little or no time to myself whilst my daughters at school. My problem is my friend keeps phoning, texting and messaging me on fb to go to the park with her or spend the day with her and it takes about 30 mins of her repetedly asking before she gives up and leaves me alone.
I already spend 2 hours on a monday an hour on a tuesday and a couple of hours another day of the week with her so its not like I'm cutting her out compleatly I just want to enjoy the peace and quiet as long as I can. AIBU?

why dont you go with her in june when you've got your baby nephew with you, as then you may be wanting to go to the park anyway? its not as if thats long off its only a couple of weeks til june, so just explain her about the time to yourself thing for now and that you'll go together a few times with nephew?

I'd just explain to her that for the next few weeks you want to soak up a bit of time for yourself. But I suppose if it's a completely turnaround from what you normally do she may be a bit confused.

It sounds like it may become a big 'thing' if you don't talk to her about it asap. Enjoy your time to yourself over the next few weeks

In that case she's BU and needs to chill out Perhaps you can get some plans in the diary with her for once your nephew lands and just tell her again gently but firmly that you'll be out of action for the next few weeks.
