Dunno, depends if you want to, if he does it often what your general relationship is like etc etc. It's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string really.

Run run run for the hills.... This could have been me writing this 5 years ago...

Gigantaur · 19/05/2010 18:07

So he wants you to drive 40 miles to collect him, take him the 40 miles back to your house for thenight and then drop him to work tomorrow which i presume is near his home?

Hibu.

foureleven · 19/05/2010 18:08

No, he'll want her to stay over at his house I'd imagine. Free taxi... and nookie.

Sorry OP, Im being very judgemental about your DP. Its based on my own experience only!

OldLadyKnowsNothing · 19/05/2010 18:15

Why is he desperate?

AhLaVache · 19/05/2010 18:16

What kittywise said.

I'm always a bit bemused by this type of thread, there are so many factors that determine whether he is being unreasonable or not.

Surely you are in the best position to judge that? Sorry, I'm not meaning to be dismssive but you're having a relationship with this man. Surely you know?

He has work at 7 am the next morning, but I feel guilty and normally I would as it is a chance to see him, but I am not 100% I have a cold and work wanted to send me home today but I didno want to go.

sod the guilt, if he were that bothered he could get a bus - tell him no and to use his time to have another driving lesson

WhereYouLeftIt · 19/05/2010 18:44

How would he normally get home/get to work? And why can't he go that way tonight/tomorrow?

SaliMali1 · 19/05/2010 18:48

his famly usually pick him up but christ he could just book himself a taxi !!!

OP posts:
AnyFucker · 19/05/2010 19:03

why do you feel guilty about the fact he has no transport ?

that is his problem, surely ?

pjmama · 19/05/2010 19:05

Taxi, bus, bicycle?

Tell him to stop being a drama queen, he has options that don't involve an 80 mile round trip for you.

werewolf · 19/05/2010 19:08

YANBU. How old is this guy? How does he normally get around?

HeywoodJablome · 19/05/2010 19:10

His family usually pick him up?

How old is he?

Why can't they pick him up tonight?
