I had no choice, I'm not miffed that it's a free handbag, just that a major high street bank can give away something that is so obviously a fake (plastic string holding a photocopied 'label'. Surly they should have binned it? What on earth should I do with it? Anyone want it?

report them to the local trading standards office...

...although on second thoughts, our taxes would be paying any fine that they are likely to get!

Ask the manager if they realise they're giving away shoddy fakes and whether they've ever heard of trading standards.
