The thread with allsweet, just vanished?!!

AIBU that I cannot see it. The last comment was truly shameful.

What the hell happened, did MNHQ pull it?

awwww thanks

HerBeatitude · 16/05/2010 21:24

Is there a new policy to marry off single mothers to Hollywood actors?

Fuck me I like this new coalition.

Bagsy me not having Russell Crowe or Hugh Grant.

Johnny Depp will do nicely.

thatsnotmymonkey · 16/05/2010 21:29

Yes or old tories.

I think Toccata has a hot date with an old etonian next week, babysitter permitting

HerBeatitude · 16/05/2010 21:35

Eh? Bit of a difference between Hollywood film stars and old Tories.

Hmm, Brad Pitt or Norman Lamont?

Not exactly a dilemma, is it?

toccatanfudge · 16/05/2010 21:40

am very excited about it - I do like a toff posh man

Well I spose you can have Hugh Grant then Toccata.

He's posh and a Hollywood film star, so ticks both boxes.

Don't know if he's a Tory though, he's v. grumpy old man or at least he was on the Jonathan Ross show.

thatsnotmymonkey · 16/05/2010 21:54

what about Norman Lamont, he has good hair.

Oh dear.

OP posts:
iamfabregasted · 16/05/2010 22:02

I'll have David Tennant then please, is he still free?

HerBeatitude · 16/05/2010 22:11

David Tennant is not Hollywood, does he fit the criteria?

honeydragon · 16/05/2010 22:16

aaahh english dandys / hollywood actors coalition - hot dates for single mums.

us with burdens life partners must pay our spliced tax to provide fitties for the singles - it's only fair

iamfabregasted · 16/05/2010 22:17

Well I wouldn't chuck him out of bed lol

honeydragon · 16/05/2010 22:20

totally irrelavant to this thread but I've just discovered i can't mumsnet, eat dinner and watch trueblood at the same time, there's rice all over the fucking keyboard - bollocks.

HerBeatitude · 16/05/2010 22:35

oh I wouldn't worry about it being irrelevant to the thread....

MNHubbie · 16/05/2010 22:46

I'm impressed at watching Trueblood and eating at the same time. Love the show but not exactly good for the appetite (for food at least)

honeydragon · 16/05/2010 22:53

NOTHING stops me eating, not even weird voodoo heart extractions thankyou - they'll have to try harder then that

scurryfunge · 16/05/2010 23:00

MN went a bit funny for a while for me and I lost what happened with the daft idiot misguided fool , have I missed much?

MNHubbie · 16/05/2010 23:05

hold on, ive missed all this, i was busy being accused of running a brothel by allsweet on another thread [im pretty sure it was her...cant be arsed to double check back]

is this the ear piercing thread?
oh yes, tiny holes in useless bits of skin always gets people angry. just like colourful drawings on other people's skin does.

brief but deleted - must have been kicked off MN as allsweet as well. Probably now kicked off as allsweat too (just as well, yuk!)

I keep missing barneys like this [ghastly rubbernecker emoticon]

ginhag · 17/05/2010 06:52

It wasn't that great tbh,you didn't miss much! I think more people got wound up by the single/unmarried mothers stuff than anything else. Which I assume is what AllSweaty wanted....

There is something very irritating about someone starting a thread like that, bursting with negative assertions....and then refusing to engage in any type of dialogue when questioned (well, beyond 'you swore at me,I rest my case, the kids don't stand a chance'.)

the thread seemed to get pulled when allsweet said probably the most bizarre thing that anyone has ever said to me,in a rather unusual approach to debating.

It really didn't ever get exciting, just irritating.

ginhag · 17/05/2010 06:54

I am however interested in hearing more from the brothel thread!!
