I feel your pain (literally when ds is around)

CokeFan · 14/05/2010 17:31

wait till they're old enough to untie your hair (sneakily usually).

And also to hide all your hair bands (ds thinks they make wonderful bracelets).

Mine is about an inch short of my waist atm.

purpleturtle · 14/05/2010 17:35

DS2 will be 4 in August and still creeps into our bed to play with my hair for comfort. Sits next to me on the sofa with two fingers in his mouth, and the other hand tangling my hair.

Fibilou · 14/05/2010 17:36

ooh, I am jealous !

MumInBeds · 14/05/2010 17:37

I feel your pain, mine is waist-length and I work in a pre-school. It's tight plaits all the way (not least because it's a big job if I catch lice)!

shockers · 14/05/2010 17:38

purpleturtle treasure those moments... DS has stopped using mine as a comfort tool .

MrsKitty · 14/05/2010 17:39

DD (7 months) grabs great handfuls of my hair and shoves it in her mouth . She also loves to wrap it around her hand and tug at it with varying amounts of force whilst she's feeding.

Drives me in-bloody-sane.

Yanbu.

shockers · 14/05/2010 17:39

He is 10 though!

purpleturtle · 14/05/2010 17:56

I do treasure them - about 80% of the time. But sometimes, when I'm on MN working on the laptop, and he's pulling my hair "treasure the memory" is not what I'm thinking!

Sonilaa · 14/05/2010 17:57

my hair is not a toy, it*s a handle for dd 5 months to hold on....
