You are an adult and should be able to eat what you want. But your dh has a point you should eat well for your baby's sake. If you want crisps, haven them but why lie?

to put your mind at rest i sufferered serious hyperemisis through both my pregnancies and even water would not stay down let alone spinach and wholewheat.

when i could eat after 5 months i almost exclusively lived on tizer, cake and monster munch as they would stay down.

ds and dd were fine healthy babies and are fine healthy children now.

YABU .... Monster munch are ick... You need skips or nik naks ...

but not cheesey nik naks they are horrid!

To be able to eat when preggers is a good thing .. I delightfully craved ice cubes!!

He'll smell it on you though, breath and fingers/nails.
