An elderly man took my space yesterday and then some mad woman came and hissed at me.

So undignified.

BigBadMummy · 11/05/2010 21:17

coco I know where you live.... so if you have been mean to an old man I might just have to tell

though in all honesty I love these sorts of threads.

cornsillkwearsclogs · 11/05/2010 21:22

Just 'cos your dh was in tight fit doesn't entitle you to park wherever you like missus.

fireupthequattro · 11/05/2010 21:24

Oooh the P&C nazis. Today mum in space cruiser blocks exit from Local Tesco, with hazards on, whilst waiting for harrassed mum in P&T space to load her baby and shopping. No-one could go round her as oncoming was busy. I was two cars behind waiting for her to turn right into space.

TO THE LEFT OF HER 50M FROM P&C space WERE FOUR EMPTY NORMAL SPACES!! SO AN 80M WALK TO STORE INSTEAD OF 30!

When she finally pulled into vacated spot, she got out with her 9/10 yo!

I was in my husband's Nissan Navara and nearly drove over her car monster truck styleee....

"Today mum in space cruiser blocks exit from Local Tesco, with hazards on, whilst waiting for harrassed mum in P&T space to load her baby and shopping." In this sort of case harrassed mum needs to load up her shopping then take her baby back into the store and have a nice relaxing coffee.
I did that at Bluewater only last week, was packing stuff into my car, then realised that a family were waiting to come into my space. Now that's fine, what wasn't fine was the man leaning on his steering wheel making exagerated sighing faces. So I made "not going" signs at them, locked the car and walked off. I have to say I drive a very old car, so any car park rage to follow is not a great worry.

fireupthequattro · 12/05/2010 14:11

Love it fluffyone, just wondered why the 9/10 year old couldn't walk a further 50 yards.

Perhaps his nappy was full and chaffing?
