yeah I've had difficult birth ecs, split from partner and moved countries' finally pulled myself together and along comes a load of mummies who give great advice - typical!

I only discovered it a few months ago too and wish I had known about it years ago. I think my DH is slightly less happy about my discovery as I am now on here A LOT, but I love that you can ask anything and there is usually someone around who knows the answer. I also love that people will tell you honestly if UABU before you make a tit of yourself in RL

YANBU, I (like SSS) had SPD, traumatic birth, haemorrhage and postnatal depression (undiagnosed until dd was 3.5).

Really could have done with the support.
