to post in AIBU.
I have just replyed to a post, when I started typing there was only one reply by the time I finished and posted there were 15 other posts (saying roughly what I was trying to say) and the OP had said she was beening a bit unreasonable.
I don't think I can keep up on here

Keep up, Ellie!

Or do what I do, and disengage brain before typing.

bibbitybobbityhat · 10/05/2010 12:01

Now you know why most posts are very short!

tethersend · 10/05/2010 12:03

It's like that Two Ronnies Mastermind sketch... Specialist subject? Answering the question before last.

AnyFucker · 10/05/2010 12:08

I do the "straight to the point" replies, it helps

Although my typing has come on tremendously in recent months

It gets me into trouble sometimes, though

bamboo · 10/05/2010 12:12

I have been known to have Mumsnet open in two browsers so I can check the thread hasn't moved on too far before I post my over-complicated well-considered response.

WhiteElefant · 10/05/2010 12:13

Oh I see short replys it is then.

OP posts:
WhiteElefant · 10/05/2010 12:15

Arrr even with that short reply there was a post while I was typing!
Good idea bamboo.

That's the ticket!

Tbh, you will find most people are quite impatient with very long posts .

Unless I am the op of a thread, I never read the really long responses.
