We live in a small town, theres not much choice when it comes to hiring people so we just sort of automatically had this guy come and do it.

I told him what I wanted weeks ago and we set a date for work to start, he surprised me as he said he would get the whole job done in a day!

What surprised me even more is that on the morning of the job he turns up with alot of impressive equiptment but no materials!

He then proceeded to send his trucks out to go pick up all the bits.

I was a little concerned as he kept talking to his digger.

It was just him there, but half way through the day some blonde woman called Wendy (who look eerilee like him!) turned up to help him.

By this point I was starting to get really worried because they had found a family of squirrels' and seemed more intent on finding them a home than getting on with the job.

I finally wigged out when he got a scarecrow from the back of his pick-up truck and asked it to help him saw some wood.

Needless to say the jobs not finished but I really don't want him to come back tomorrow!!

Can anyone reccomend a better builder around Sunflower Valley please?!

AnyFucker, his name's Bob

AnyFucker · 04/05/2010 19:18

ilove · 04/05/2010 19:18

I think you'll finds that he has helpers with him...his machines are quite capable f doing it themselves. And don't diss Wendy...Bob needs her!

Can he fix it? YES HE CAN!!!

Bleatblurt · 04/05/2010 19:18

AnyFuckers' face made me laugh more than the op did!

NeedNewBuilder · 04/05/2010 19:19

Lol

scurryfunge · 04/05/2010 19:25

Yes, absolutely shocking work ethic...he'll only work for a few minutes before having a break...it all went horribly wrong when his mate JJ kept letting him down

WingedVictory · 04/05/2010 22:05

Oooh, you were right to freak out about the involvement of that scarecrow! I know they traditionally have straw for brains, but this one's "grey matter" is a bit more like rotten turnips!
