You need to be quite honest with her and say something like

"Mum, I'm happy for you but sorry but this makes me uncomfortable and could you perhaps discuss with friends instead?"

I'm sure she will understand, and if she doesn't try bringing new bedroom techniques you try with your own DP instead

I'd just say, TMI mum, next! She'd get the message wouldn't she? (assuming you translated that for her)

YANBU, its too personal.

You think that's bad? Try sitting next to your Granddad at a wedding where he is telling you about positions and Viagra...

And possibly worse, when you tell him you're pregnant, he replies, "That's lovely, dear, but have you not heard of condoms? They're on a two for one offer at Boots and the moment. Me and the GF got some variety packs last week..."

Oh the horror...

Oh my god, SirBoob, I am cringing for you!
