Ex dh who left me last month came round this morning to pick dh up for church. Asked if I had any paracetemols for a headache. I asked what the headache was for, turns out for a hangover.

Turns out he drank wine, beer, guiness and whisky last night. This is the guy who says it was me that drove him to drink and how he was going to stop when he left me....

what an idiot - sorry but not much else to say really!!! Guess without you to hold him down and force him to drink the alcohol he's had to learn to do it himself!!

i hope hes not driving your dc , his blood alcohol might still be over the normal limits.

Yes, such a shame, I'd run out. He said he thought I always kept some upstairs so I just muttered about the ridiculously small amounts they let you buy them in these days!

at 'small amounts'. How are you doing SK, I remember your earlier threads?

I was doing okay, but just had a phone call this afternoon from a churchy "friend" who's just heard about our split. I said there was an OW.

She said "oh, is that the girl he goes jogging with?" She's been abroad since before the split and has seen him jogging with the OW before she went and hadn't bloody told me. Don't know when she saw them or how often but feel really sick.

All sounds innocent as if she has sort of forgotten, but I'd often talked of how he enjoyed jogging on his own, so she must have known something was up.

She's not a good friend just a "churchy friend"-she's actually going to a prison in a few days time, to see a church member whose been put away for 14 years for being a paedophile as she's so all forgiving....think I'm gonna puke.

She started to go on and on about the church, I'm not going anymore as it's full of hypocrites as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway, apart from that I'm fine!
