dd is 13 months, i got pnd after she was born and i have panic attacks about something bad happning to her so i keep her close... ive actually never left her atall

yesterday i asked dp to get something from the shop, he was holding dd and asked her, joking' if she wanted to go and i told him to put her in the pram, they were only gone 15mins but i was ok (kept checking out the window tho)

she came back with chocolate and he was happy cos she chatters in the pram and i didnt panic

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 28/04/2010 12:37

Well done! Sounds like a real milestone for you.

It's not at all stupid. Good for you, one step at a time.

HumphreyCobbler · 28/04/2010 12:38

well done

I would keep doing exactly this every chance you get, the more you do it the easier you will find it.

If you wait to try again it can be a case of back to the start iyswim.

You should feel really proud, these things are so hard to do.

Well done! Any step away from depression is a big one.

You would be unreasonable NOT to be proud of yourself!
