Cant be bothered to take DS to nursery.

I really, really cannot be arsed to walk DS upto his nursery this morning.
Have had a rough night with 4 month old DD and just feel soooo tired.
Just fancy staying in our PJ's and vegging on the sofa.
Would I be being unreasonable to phone them later and say we have slept in and cant make it??

Just tell them you'er all too tired after badn ight with baby

OR

take him and take advantage of teh peace and quiet to nap with baby

nursery is not compulsory, you don't have to justify it. leave a message on the a/p and go back to bed.,

tortoiseonthehalfshell · 20/04/2010 07:30

Wouldn't you be able to get more vegging done without the older boy there?

BUT, if you don't want to take him, I'd phone them now just in case it affects their staffing or something, don't leave it till later in the morning.

(by the way, huge sympathies about the rough night. My daughter had a baaaaad case of Being Four Months Old itis, and it's left its scars.)

Yeah the second option was playing on my mind but I can guarantee that DD wont want to play along with that game!
