...in the toilets when you're in the cubicle.

Do you brazen it out and face the nasty bitches or do you cower and slink out when the coast is clear?

brazen it out cos i love the look of horror on their faces as you walk out to the sinks to wash your hands, almost daring them to try and apologise.....

ChippingIn · 17/04/2010 00:37

Nah, it's more like when you think people are talking about you, but they are actually talking about someone else!

CagedBird · 17/04/2010 07:33

I often wonder how many people catch somebody talking about them on mn. Especially on the "guess what outrageous thing I saw this cruel mother doing today" threads. I would absolutely love somebody to say actually if that was on the 192 bus heading to Stockport at 12.35 pm then that cruel mother was me you judgemental spiteful bitch.............

AngryPixie · 17/04/2010 07:52

I think AIBU is spiteful & your thread about 'performance parenting' was another example of this. I generally lurk, so I guess I'm a hide out in the toilets type but sometimes, just sometimes I walk out proudly to wash my hands, like now

I think to suggest that other people parent so you notice them suggests an over inflated sense of your own self importance. 99.something% of people are just trying to do their best and don't give a flying fuck monkeys if you have judged noticed them.

AngryPixie · 17/04/2010 07:57

Should have posted this on the original thread, sorry, but had resisted the temptation to 'wash my hands' yesterday and this thread seemed to be a follow on from that discussion.

azazello · 17/04/2010 08:04

If this is about your other thread, YABU to call some of the posters nasty bitches.

Far more personal attacks on those disagreeing with you than the other way round.

Rollergirl1 · 17/04/2010 08:58

No this wasn't a thread about the others thread and if I wanted to call someone a bitch I'd do it on the relevent thread. But that's not my style anyway.

I would hide in the cubicle. Not because I wouldnt have the guts to confront but because it gives you the upper hand to know what somebody really thinks about you without them knowing it IYSWIM. This can often be used to your advantage.

CB- was that really you on the 192 bus to stockport??
