So, after me saying this morning I thought it was inappropriate he's been off with me all day.

We've just had a discussion and he's sacked me .

He said he "cannot understand where I'm coming from" and that I have "compromised his ability to do his job properly" because he "has to watch every word he says to women."

Marvellous.

But plimsolls is right. As a wife, it's perfectly reasonable for you to be uncomfortable. As an employee, it's really not your place to imply that his 'schmoozing and arse licking' is unprofessional. That's a direct criticism of how he runs his business.

I know. And that's where the lines blur and I'm not sure if I can separate like I seem to need to. Better off out of there I think.

If it's your family business too, I think you're entitled to comment. You're not just some lackey.
