they put our monthly membership up by £10 each per month without warning. when my husband phoned to complain they didnt answer his calls. when he finally got through and complained about the price rise and the fact that no one answered his calls, he was told he had a bad attitude, and they were terminating his contract with immediate effect! he wasnt aggressive or rude, just angry. we have been members for 8 years and like our gym.
