They both have a slight interest in the opposite sex but nothing weird. This is no AIBU by stealth! When do you think is too old?

your 11 year old gave birth when she was one?

emkana · 05/04/2010 22:21

you mean your ds?

thisisyesterday · 05/04/2010 22:22

i think as long as THEY are ok with it.

at 11 i don't think i'd have been overly happy sleeping with my brother, but i would have if there was no other choice

QOD · 05/04/2010 22:22

You make it sound odd by mentioning the interest in the opposite sex.
I would have thought occasional was ok but wouldn't make it a long term plan.
My dd is 11 and developing, they need privacy

Sorry. Am bit pissed meant DC as in male cousin. Can I edit it?

Jeez, I'm a fanny. Just ignore me. They've gone to bed already anyway and I'm not worried.

Don't think you can edit, and if they are happy for a one off, no worries.
However, I E HUGE HUGE crush on my cousin when I was 11 and then another cousin had a crush on ME at a similar age LIol

KurriKurri · 05/04/2010 22:26

No, I don't think I would, they are a bit too old. My DD would not have been comfortable to sleep in the same bed as a similar aged boy when she was eleven.

gonaenodaethat · 05/04/2010 22:29

Well, they're both quite keen in a way that DD is always keen for similarly aged children to sleep in her bed when we have friends or relatives to stay.
