That's how I felt, back in the days when mat leave was v limited and I went back when ds1 was only 10 weeks old.

BUT, I remember coming home on the first day pleased with myself that I'd talked someone out of suicide that day.

For the three months before, I'd been obsessed with washing the windows, rearranging sock drawers etc and I think dh was relieved to have got the old me back!

Are you off all over the EAster break? If so then at least you'll be broken in gently iykwim

Mat leave over, striaght back into...... exactly the same. I'm a full time carer for my DS so I had to quit my job. My day is the same, day in day out but I love that I can be with him. I miss grown ups tho, my DH gets a fully loaded update of that days drama when he finishes work! And I know all the words to all the songs on CBeebies! AAHHH!!!

Can understand why you feel like that. YANBU.
