Is it tacky to display DC's artwork

In the kitchen?

DH says it is, as I have them on on wall,fridge and one cupboard.

Is it tacky?

Our downstairs loo is plain white and very boring so we have turned it into an art gallery of the childrens work and we get comments on it regularly!
