The DC's both have D&V and I have pulled my rib muscles . (not that it stops me working) but dh has done a 13 hour shift and then he would have to deal with two sick DC when he will be tired, (not had a day of in 11 days).

My stomach feels very also.

I can go to work and do work as my problems dont stop me from working, just feel im needed at home tonight.

What do you do?? Can they manage without you and get cover easily?

LittleMrsHappy · 30/03/2010 14:04

They will get cover in to cover me.

Just have to say also, I have never phoned in sick, been at my work place 5 years now and this would be my 1st time even considering this.

If you're feeling a bit pants yourself, is it worth spreading a D&V bug round work? Stay at home, CSI's on tonight!!!!

IMoveTheStars · 30/03/2010 14:16

Stay home, esp if you're feeling a bit dodgy. If you worked at the same place as me I wouldn't thank you for bringing in a D&V bug

put yer feet up.

Ive phoned in, hopefully it will be a early night and the children will hopefully sleep and not be sick etc..
