Daftpunk, I really have to say.. you surprise me. I never realised you had such views and don't think I will be able to view you in the same way now...

Wrt to you feeling like it is getting out of hand because people are following you around the threads and attacking you... do you not feel that is slightly ironic that you don't like the way you are treated yet it's ok treating 'immigrants' and homosexuals? with the same vengeance?

I have never been in the slightest racist and really feel that it is down to me being part of an exercise similar to the blue eyes/brown eyes study that Jane Elliot (www.janeelliott.com/) did when I was in primary school...
Maybe you should take a look at this treatment of you and see how it would feel if the same attitude was purely directed at you because of what race/culture you were from or what sexual orientation you had...?

Po - point taken re loving one's neighbour. I really did use to try with DP but she always reverts to type. I see she's already come out with her 'woe is me' rubbish above. If you hadn't had experience of her you'd probably fall for it.

I have met several people over the years with strong right wing political views but in general they are unrepentant and utterly single minded in their beliefs and would never dream of belittling their argument by resorting to self pity when the going gets tough!

I saw the op in the week at work and couldn't click on the link (no FB allowed), so have only just found it again.

Can't believe it's not been banned yet!

As for DP... do get over yourself. I see my praying for you has had bugger all effect (perhaps the big guy has a backlog...) so I will parp myself on the subject of you and your self-pitying ranting before I say something I regret.
