Yeah, I know it kinda is unreasonable but here's the background:

  • I am 9 weeks pregnant and as sick as a dog with it
  • I believe I do enough piss and shit chores dealing with ourhis 10 month old son!!
  • It's his dog
  • He'll be home in an hour
  • but he's been away for 2 weeks, bless him....

So, AIBU?!!

Ach, whatever. We all know I'll have cleaned it before 10 mins is up.....

Grumble....

If the wee is on the floor I'd have to clear it up

Ick

Esp when pregnant the smell would make me heave.

But if you can stomach it YANBU.

No, I couldn't stomach the thought of it up there waiting for me so I cleaned it up moments after writing that post!

Luckily the dog is actually very good and he must drink a lot as his wee doesn't smell - so it wasn't so bad. The anti-bac wash actually made me heave. Strong perfumes are killing me....

Is it somewhere you can 'pretend' not to have seen it?

Is it on a hard floor where it's not going to seep in and make a stain and a stink?

Is it somewhere DS can't get to it and drink/play in/spread about?

If the answer to these is yes then YANBU, leave it.

If the answer is no, peg on nose and get cleaning.

Ahh, too late, you've done it. Well done.
