Seriously, I have to say everything over and over again and only when I yell it do they even look at me. I start at a reasonable level and then end up a fishwife. Does anyone listen to mums other than other mums?

DH and 2 Ds here also. Am expecting DC3 who is apparently a girl. Am looking forward to some quiet shout free conversation in approx 5 years time.

Glad it's not just me.

I say things in a resigned 'no-one will listen to me anyway' sort of a pathetic way. The shouting is less pathetic but more desperate.

Tryharder what a good incentive during labour
