What barely notable things happened to you today?

Today I am going to make salsa. Have always bought it before. Quite excited - how sad am I?

I felt quite impressed with myself that I woke up early (7am) and for the first time since having DS1 (he's 4yrs next week) I didn't feel tired. I even got up and put the washing on the line then had a cup of tea. I've just realised I should've put the clocks back last night so I didn't wake up early after all. Think I'll have another cup of tea to get over my disappointment.

I discovered I like Guacamole

Also I am eating my Easter egg today as starting ahealthy eating kick tomorrow

Finished packing my dses suitcases as they are both off to France tomorrow until Friday

I picked three large ticks off my dog's head and squished them in a small bowl with nail varnish remover

I touched my toes 10 times in an effort to burn off the calories from last nights pigout dinner.

Sat on backside for rest of the day (don't want to overdo it and look like one of those bodybuilders do I?)

This morning I helped DD glue the last pictures onto her project sheet.

DH and I managed to get all the children off to school early enough to have a very quick coffee together before work.

Started to draw up a list of all of the things that need fixing around the house for the architect who's designing the extension. Became alarmed when I reached page 2 and decided to have lunch and MN instead.

I clipped the last matted bits from the dogs legs. It's taken me a week as they hate having it done, so removing that last one was ridiculously satisfying.

I hung out a yellow load and put a blue load in.

I just filled the powder drawer of the washing machine with cat biscuits.
