To rhink three days is long enough to find out what is wrong with my washing machine?

So last Thursday, washer floods, and then trips electric.
Man came out on Friday (between 1-6.30 so had to change work hours) and needs to take it to workshop, and I've to call after 11am on Monday to arrange pick up.
I did and they say between 1-6.30 so I again change work (losing an hours pay and paying extra half hour to cm each time).
I was told a day or two to find the fault and let me know how much the repair will cost.
I called yesterday and was promised a call back, which didn't happen.
I called at 11am today, and the same thing, but I started calling them at 5 and can't get hold of them at all.

They have my washing machine, I don't know what's wrong with it, or how much it will cost to fix, and I don't even know if I can afford to fix it.

All I can get is the answerphone telling me to call back in work hours Mon-Fri-8.30-6.30.

I've left a stinking message, but still, by the time they call me, if they have even found the problem, tell me what it'll cost, fix it, mess me around some more it looks like I could easily be without it for another week.

I'm so pissed off

Could you call in to their repair centre and scream and shout find out what's going on ? Maybe it's just me or where I live but I've never had a repair man take the washine machine out of the house to fix it and I've had loads!

I've never heard of a washing machine being taken away either... very strange

It's a well known company in the town I live in.
I'm bloody cross though, I was hoping they'd let me know how much it was so I could decide if I can afford it and get it back on Monday.

It's shit customer service and I may have yelled said that rudely politely on the answerphone.

Serviceforce practically have a key to our door and do all their repairs here. (And there's been a lot of them in the 11 months we've had this washer dryer )

Someone near here held a washer repair guy hostage in her kitchen until he got her washer fixed. Just saying, like ;)
