when is late afternoon??

waiting for a visitor, said would be either be late morning or late afternoon.

i'm guessing late morning has gone, but when is late afternoon?

any thoughts, i'm bored

afternoon is anywhere from 12.01pm to 5.59pm

so late i would pressume to be from 3pm onwards.

i would go for 4 until 6, and evening starts at 6.

are they there yet?

I'd say 4-6pm

I want to know whether he/she has come yet and when he/she arrived!
