CAN'T BANKS GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!

My bank Santan-bloody-der, have just charged me £20 on the interest on my ISA. FFS ITS BLOODY TAX FREE - Its the whole POINT of ISAs.

On the plus side Carphone warehouse have charged £12 instead of £25 a month for my mobile phone for the past 2 months.

My employer paid me £600 overpay in 2 months - now taking it back

No wonder the economy is in such a state!!

i ahev be argueing with mine since the begining of feb, they have treated ds so bad.

Satan-der are awful, back when they were abbey, when I got married we had a few days between wedding and honeymoon so thought we would sort out all the boring stuff, back then we had seperate bank accounts. I took my wedding cert into abbey to change my name they said "we cant do it in Branch we fill form in and send it off" so they did. However the name didnt get changed on my account for three months, the impact of this? they wouldnt let my wages into my account and still let all my bills go out, so money was bleeding out and nothing was going in (they stated that as my wages had a different name to my bank account they couldnt let them in)so I became overdrawn and got charged uncontrollably for this to teh tune of £2300. I have had to claim it back from Abbey and have only just received my money back, three years later.
Needless to say i'd had enough of their incompetence, opened a joint bank account elsewhere and am now much happier.
