advice pushchair again? sorry

We got a silver cross POP pushchair (cranberry) last night from mothercare, with the foot muff.

Dh put it up last night and the foot muff is not suitable for this pushchair even tho it is a silver cross pop (the fastens on the chair are Velcro and the fastens on the foot muff are pop studs)

So Ive had a look and the "correct" foot muff is not available for 12 weeks, so now we cant/dont want to use the chair when its not suitable for horrid whether.

Can we return the p/chair and foot muff (all still with receipts and boxes) but the chair has been built up.

Now officially hates pushchairs

YANBU - they should have told you they didn't have the right one. Could you just return the footmuff and get a nice generic one eg Buggysnuggles.

Yes, you should be able to return it all because as it stands it isn´t "fit for purpose".

Would you then buy something different?

Yes, Id exchange it for the other pop silver cross in blue with the matching foot muff, so they still would be getting my business, so really just a exchange, as they have the blue foot muff in x

Here I was assuming that all the silver cross pop foot muffs were the same.
