to be having a mid life crisis at 31?

I've just turned 31 and have been having strange urges to have bits of my body pierced, or maybe a tatoo done, and to buy a motor bike again! What's going on?!

I turn 31 in 10 days. After reading that I'm looking forward to it even less.

I reckon it's when you realsie that turning 30 was a milestone, but at 31 you realise that you're wearing a millstone around your neck: age; and it just keeps coming!!

Really, it's all downhill after 30: 31 is just irrefutable proof of this. YANBU to want to do something to resist entropy, but tats are well scruffy, and look worse with age, saggy skin and blurred lines: yuk! Don't do it.
