yanbu
It's probably because people aspire to be you and hold you in such awe that they are nervous about approaching you.
It's hard for beautiful people like you to seem accessible to others as they probably feel that you wouldn't possibly consider them as potential friends when in fact what they don't know is that you are crying out for friends and feeling punished for being so gorgeous and "out of their league".

alypaly · 06/03/2010 23:29

yep.....sure am....why do you think im on here at this time

MamaG · 06/03/2010 23:29

it's BRILLIANT

do read it

2shoes · 06/03/2010 23:30

Tiredmumno1 I am sorry. I thought this was a thread about another thread.
didn't mean to make you feel worse, especially as I tend to feel the same way most of the time,

Tiredmumno1 · 06/03/2010 23:33

Well the other half said i am gorgeous and just yesterday someone commented that i dont look old enough to be a mum to 2 boys. I am only 29 (nearly 30, ssshh dont tell anyone, its our secret).

OP posts:
displayuntilbestbefore · 06/03/2010 23:35

I think you need to listen to what the other half says and try to use that as a mantra every time you feel unable to see your own self worth and inner and outer beauty. If other people can't see what you have to offer as a friend, sod 'em, they don't know what they're missing. You sound really lovely IMHO
