To not want to spend more on my mum for her birthday

I wanted to treat my mum for her birthday so me and dh took her out to theatre and for dinner, our treat and a present. As we couldn't get the tickets for actual day of birthday and mum wanted to be busy she asked if I would go to west end with her and sister and have lunch. Just got message from sis asking if I wanted to split cost of lunch at expensive restaurant, aibu to say no I have already spent a lot? Tell me straight, I know it will lead to argument with sister!

YANBU - you are already being very generous. If your sis wants this to be her treat for your mum then she can pay for her and you pay for yourself (another cost in itself for you although hopefully you'll get a fab lunch!).

Just explain that you have already paid for theatre and tickets. Surely she will understand....

YANBU. You have already sorted out what you are paying for for your mums birthday. If your sis wants to do this then she should pay.
