To want DD to stop flipping growing?

I can't keep up with it, she is ten and now as tall as me! Granted I am not Captain Lofty as I am 5'2", but surely she should at least be a teenager when reaches me?

The trouser and skirt costs alone are crippling!

My dd is 9 and takes the same size shoes as me! I also hand down my (appropriate) clothes that won't fit me anymore. I imagine your dd is like mine and will tower over us when we're telling them to come home at a sensible hour

YADNBU. My DD is the same, she is 7 and I now need to buy things in a size for 10 year olds. She has the same size feet as I did when I was 10. I am praying that she slows down a bit because buying clothes and shoes will be awful for her if she continues on this route.

My DD eventually stopped growing, aged 15 and by that time had reached 5'10". As I am only 5' she towered over me. My DH is very tall and so is my DS so I am the odd one out in my family. However, just because my DD is tall doesn' mean she is not my little girl anymore - love them just how they are.
