Well I'd have helped anyway, but maybe we can track down all those people who made it like this by suing everyone and make them do community service (carrying buggies down stairs etc)

Another word for laziness if you ask me, of course he cold have helped we have this kind of insurance clause at work.But I use my discretion and common sense, he sounds like a f-g little tight arse jobs worth and unfortunately would be the type to sue if he so much as chipped a nail, did you see the channel 4 doc last week on scams and insurance claims, it was a sad revelation with the pasty parents encouraging their son aged 10 to get his rightful compo from his own school. Yeah get Big Boris on the case but I suspect even he is powerless coz they might hurt the poor little mites feelings if he gets told off or even worse disciplining him could cause Bob Crowe and his team to call an all out strike, the gits are unsackable like the twats at mid staffs hospital they get away with appalling behaviour and will get a nod and a promotion and sent somewhere else and keep their pension. How many docs nurses and teachers get the sack? Virtually zero and I am talking about the really bad ones, yeah and I teach in the state system before you all jump on me, we are really lousy at being honest about the rotten apples in our midst, they bring us all down, yet we are told to be quite upfront with parents about their chldren's shortcomings.
