to be :( that no-one's noticed I've had my hair cut??

Had it done yesterday, went from really, really long to just long, so it's not radically different or anything.

DH didn't notice when he got home, even though he knew I was having it done, MIL didn't notice, none of my work colleagues have noticed.

I felt like a different person! So for no-one to notice feels a bit like I was excited over nothing.

I know there are far more important things to be discussing, but I was on my way to upping my self esteem and this has made me take a bit of a knock

It looks lovely - I can see the subtle layers and the way it frames your face

Aww the thing is when you go from really long to long it's hard for others to notice.

I went from almost bum length once to shoulders and still people didn't notice

I bet it looks lovely!

Try working in a school - if you make the slightest change to your hair you get about 30 kids saying "You've had your hair cut, Mrs R"

Or in the case of one slightly confused kid "Ooh Mrs R, did you know you've had your hair cut?
