I detest valentines day with a passion.

I'm not sure how a bar of chocolate that you buy from the newsagent is more thoughtful than a card that he has chosen words for?

~Does that mean that my dh has to use the bag he got me when I didnt get him anything because I had said all along I wasn't doing valentines

DuffyMoon · 14/02/2010 09:35

no - it only works with chocolate

I got DP a box of Maltesers and a card - he didn't get me anything, but I knew he hadn't, and instead he made me this: offscr.com/blackboard/images/phpVqAGDW.jpg

I don't mind a bit, I'm 9 weeks pregnant and feeling like crap all the time, and he's exhibiting supreme patience and doing the lion's share with DS and the housework. Beats a card any day.

Share the chocolate?
