I'm not sure how a bar of chocolate that you buy from the newsagent is more thoughtful than a card that he has chosen words for?

I got DP a box of Maltesers and a card - he didn't get me anything, but I knew he hadn't, and instead he made me this: offscr.com/blackboard/images/phpVqAGDW.jpg

I don't mind a bit, I'm 9 weeks pregnant and feeling like crap all the time, and he's exhibiting supreme patience and doing the lion's share with DS and the housework. Beats a card any day.

Share the chocolate?

I was being very tongue in cheek - we dont really "do" Valentines day......of course I can share it....with the children
