or more exactly, AIBU to think that if you post a guarantted next day delivery letter at a cost of £5.40 on Thursday morning it should arrive on Friday? And when you phone up to find out why it hasn't arrived you should be able to speak to a person, not just hear a recorded message.

YANBU - they should deliver Specials without fail, considering the charge. An actual human on the end of the phone shouldn't be too much to ask, either.
