.. next to some roadworks near us. They've been spewing out water for 3 days now, and they haven't fixed it just piled rubble on top so that rather than shooting water out, it just trickles through the rubble.

I'm convinced they mean it to be a water feature (in the middle of the road) so want to decorate it accordingly.

Perhaps a "comedy" peeing cupid would be better though.

If your going to decorate it at least put 2 gnomes there. Then Gnome 1 has a friend!
