Somoneis dumping rubbish by our bins, think its linked to the buiolders next door-when their skip gets blown about soemone gathers and dumps it there.

Someone has put up a sign saying 'Please do not leave rubbish here as we don't want rats' down there, gathered up all the rubbish and chucked it over our wall.

Dh ahs just stuck up one underneath stating 'and alsoplease don't throw over the wall of No X as we take ours directly to the tip. thank you'.

there was a minorshow of annoyance at us when wthe council told us to put some rubbish for which we had booked a collection there to be picked up as apparenlty 'it didn'tlookpretty' but Dh is having to clear allmanner ofdetritus from the garden now.

I know the neighbours will get annoyed but FGS.

I'd try to speak to the neighbours in person. I don't think communicating in signs is the best way to handle it.

The builders should ensure that the rubish isn't blowing out of their skip - i would speak to them if this is where it is coming from. If they don't agree to sort it out, a mention of Environmental health, or building inspectors should be enough to get their fingers out of their arses

I think this sort of pointed but pointless signage is exactly that. Pointless. Sort things out with the builders or your council.
