Similar thread to another one, but I really don't know whether to leave neutral feedback or just not bother.
I bought some party stuff for my DS recently on ebay. I asked before I bid if the seller would combine postage, she said yes.
I bought a few bits then I was sent an invoice which had an extra £1.14 added on. There was no explaination why. When I looked, it looked like she had added on what she should have deducted for the combined postage.
I sent a message asking why I had been charged extra, no reply. I sent another one saying I though she had accidently added instead of deducting, no reply. I sent another one asking for a new invoice as I wanted to hurry up and pay. I finally got the new invoice with less deducted than what had been added on with no explaination as to what had happened or apology etc.
I paid and finally got the items, which had an extra (and very overpriced) candle in .
I don't like leaving anything other than positive feedback (unless there has been a huge problem, which I have never had) so I prefer to leave nothing. However I have had an email asking for feedback and I'm not sure what to say as I wasn't particularly happy with the service but I'm not sure if it warrants a neutral feedback.
AIBU for not wanting to leave a positive message?
