Hi I was just wondering if anyone would like to sponsor me in this years 5k race for life.
I am a mumsnet regular and as some of you may know I am Anoraks cousin and Anorak has battled this disease and is thankfully winning, also my sister and my aunt have fought and are winning, but sadly some lovely friends have not been so lucky.
I know a lot of mumsnetters have been affected in one way or another by cancer.
I know money is tight and I know a lot of people take part so you may have already given, but if you are able to sponsor me anything at all I would be very grateful.
I know 5k is not exactly the London marathon but I am the woman who will not even run for a bus, so it will be an achievement for me to do this.
