They sell them all year round at M&S. Apple and cinnamon ones. Gert lush.

mojomama · 17/01/2010 19:30

i couldn't agree more!

however, someone did say something funny to me the other day when i was looking at the display in delight: "bloody hell, He's only just been born and they're killing Him off already", i assume in a God-bothering stylee.

i just beamed at them and snatched some off the shelf.

differentID · 17/01/2010 19:30

Speaking of seasonal food availability - Can anyone tell me why you can get satsumas from about October onwards, but come January they stop selling them? Clementines are just not the same, and my satsuma-addicted 2 year old is starting to get scurvy.

Not really, but I would like to know anyway.

Ridiculous isn't it stoppinattwo? If we can have hot cross buns and strawberries all year round nowadays, why not satsumas? It's some kind of citrusy conspiracy.

stoppinattwo · 17/01/2010 19:40

Maybe with rasputins theory they fell they have reached a fruity compromise?

OP posts:
stoppinattwo · 17/01/2010 19:41

Rasputin...but if I ate 5 hot cross buns i would also be an even fatter fecekr than I am now........not good for the wastline ...even with the fruit theory
