It has been since mid november now that we've not had a line. They've organised 4 days now when they've said they'll fix it. Fair enough, they've got to organise with the council to dig up the road, but when they turn up, they realise that someone has parked over the space, they scratch their arses, light a fag then f off again. We have to wait in all day in case they need to come in an access our phone. Why can't they put cones out? Why can't they tell us where they need to access and we'd put a sign out? There must be a way of better customer service than that! Grr!
